There are currently 350 members worldwide, with chapters in LA, NY, and SF. They also offering a global program for women who don't live in their event cities.
I love barre (Pure Barre), dance cardio (Body By Simone), I love the vibe at Hot Pilates, I just got hooked on SoulCycle, and I also just fell in love with a new 30-minute crazy-high intensity class at Equinox called "Firestarter." I love mixing up my routine and working out at least 3-4 times a week.
What do you wear when you work out?
I love black tights with everything, a rad sportsbra, a fun cropped tank, and my Nikes. Currently obsessed with the YOS football leggings and our collab MAMA tank! Everyone always asks me about them when I'm working out.
Where is your favorite place to work out?
The four places I mentioned are my faves, but when it comes to everyday workouts it's definitely Pure Barre Hollywood. I've been going for years now and I truly have them to thank for transforming my body. Shoutout to the owner Vanessa and one of my favorite instructors Jordan!
What’s your post workout snack?
A cacao-banana-spinach protein smoothie. Filling and delicious!
Music is everything.
What is your favorite music to work out to? What is on your current play list?
Give me some trap and hip hop and I'm in heaven. Anything by Kendrick Lamar gets me going.
Any advice to new moms for getting into a workout routine?
Nike said it best: JUST DO IT. It takes serious willpower to get your foot into that gym door and to maintain a solid fitness routine, but I promise you, once you release those endorphins and look at your sick body that you EARNED, it will be all worth it.
Any advice on balancing mom and work life, while staying fit?
Make time for yourself. It's so easy to just sit on the couch and chill — and no one will ever hold that against you because they all know you work crazy-hard balancing worklife and momlife — but that's when you get up, throw on your dopest activewear look, and head to your favorite workout to do YOU. Tell your baby daddy in advance, book a babysitter to stay a few extra hours... whatever helps you make it happen. If you truly have zero time, do a five-minute workout in your living room with your little one crawling all over you, like this. They'll enjoy participating and you'll feel good about squeezing in a tiny sweat session.
